It will raise the overall EXP of a skill without modifying the training method counts.
Limitations
Can be used on Novice rank skill.
Can be stored in the bank.
Cannot be traded, or mailed to other players.
Cannot be used on Rank 1 skills.
Cannot be transferred to other characters in the same account or stored on pets.
